Which COVID-19 measures apply to visitors during the event?
We will follow the guidelines of the RIVM with regard to events and COVID-19 at all times. Read more about the COVID-19 guidelines on this page.
Is there testing for access? (visitors)
Testing for entry or showing a vaccination certificate is not necessary. We use the 1.5 meter measure. Read more about the COVID-19 guidelines on this page.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Bringing your own consumptions is not allowed. There are catering establishments in the building where drinks and food are available. A bag check will take place at the entrance.
What is your bag policy?
During events, it is not allowed to take back bags and / or weekend bags. Handbags can go inside if they are not larger than A4 size and are not thicker than 10 cm. You can search and check bags. The organization is doing everything possible to limit any queues to a minimum. We ask you to leave bags at home and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Are there still tickets for sale?
Tickets are only for sale via our online shop. It is therefore NOT possible to buy tickets at the box office during match days. This is not possible within the current covid guidelines.
I am prevented. Can I return or exchange my ticket for another day?

Tickets obtained through an action are unfortunately not exchangeable.
Can I take photos, videos or sound recordings during the event?
From the stands, only photos can be taken with a smartphone or compact cameras without interchangeable lenses. At all times the safety of the riders must be taken into account and it is not allowed to take photographs along the railing along the track. The use of selfie sticks is not allowed.

if your camera is taken by security staff when you enter, you can of course pick it up again afterwards.
Is Omnisport accessible for wheelchair users and disabled people?
Omnisport is accessible for wheelchair users and disabled people on each floor you can access the elevator.
Can I smoke in Omnisport?
The entire building is non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside at the designated locations.
I lost something during an event. Who can I call to ask if it is found?

Are dogs and other pets allowed to take to the event?
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in Omnisport Apeldoorn. We only make an exception for specially trained dogs that are used for the guidance of disabled people, such as guide dogs and Stichting Hulppond dogs. Please contact the organization in advance. Papers that show that it is an assistance dog must be presented at the reception desk of Omnisport.
Can I pin in Omnisport?
Yes you can pay via pin and credit card. There is no ATM.

Can I flask in Omnisport?
